Non-Refundable Services:

• Project work already initiated, including research, design mockups, development work, or content creation.

• Revisions exceeding the agreed-upon number of revisions outlined in the project proposal.

• Stock photos, domain names, or other third-party elements purchased on your behalf.

• Project delays caused by the client, such as late feedback or unavailability of materials.

Partial Refunds (May be considered on a case-by-case basis):

If a project is terminated before any work is initiated, a full refund may be issued, minus any processing fees.

In rare instances, if we are unable to deliver a project due to our own fault, a partial refund may be offered based on the completed work. The amount will be determined by the project manager.
